GRIT Fire Training LLC was founded by Brett Greenlee, Brandon Chapman, Don Baird and Alex Plutto in 2022. The four of us got together and realized that today's fire service was lacking what we call "firemanship" and that we were failing our members and the generations to come due to the loss of the love of the job. The four of us collectively came up with what we believe is a small solution to this problem. The mission of GRIT Fire Training LLC is "To Promote Firemanship Through Training."
